SUMMARY:
In 1902, the volcano Mont Pelee exploded on the island of Martinique killing 28,000 inhabitants. Hundreds of ships anchored in the bay were destroyed, but only the Belem survived. One hundred years later, the Jules Verne Adventures expedition sails onboard the Belem to retrace that fateful day and explore the shipwrecks engulfed by the firestorm.
