Inspired by the 1950s classic ir thriller D.O.A., Sam Collins (Billy Flynn, Days of Our Lives) is a pharmaceutical sales rep who visits Louisiana to close the business deal of a lifetime with Dr. Alexander (Billy Slaughter, The Magnificent Seven) at a lavish New Year’s eve party where he meets an array of characters that include Hans Dunkle (Chris Mulkey, Whiplash) a vaccine skeptic, Bonnie (Scottie Thompson, 12 Monkeys) a party host with ties to the underworld, and other colorful guests. The next morning Sam finds himself poisoned with apparent antidote. With less than 24 hours to live, and one to trust, he turns to local girl Jesse (Christa B.
