It's 1996 and fourth grader Cecil Stevens (Sark Asadourian, My Many Sons) switches to a new school after his parents Tim (Jason London,Dazed and Confused) and Lorrie (Jenna von Oy, The Parkers) decide to separate. He reminded of his lisp every time he says his name and bullied by his new schoolmates, so he decides to change his name to “Michael Jordan.”His entire school learns an important lesson about acceptance after he and his friend Abby (Christa Beth Campbell, Hall Pass) start a business with the corrupt principal that sells celebrity names to kids.
