SYNOPSIS:

A disabled child and his mom befriend an embattled city FBI agent who is visiting her small hometown after being suspended from her job. The young boy, confined to a wheelchair, looks at life with a unique wisdom all his own, and through his unbroken spirit heals everyone around him.
