Nominated for the Gold Prize at the Moscow International Film Festival. The story of a beached ship with 4000 tons of fertilizer and gallons of fuel oil. The ship is on fire and if the temperature reaches 300 degrees, a whole city will be wiped out. The story was inspired by a real event that took place in 1970 near Galati, Romania.
