(Michael Madsen), however has plans of his own when he decides not to play Sheik's game. The name of the game is power when a man known only as The Sheik pits gangsters against one another in an effort to take control of the mob in Los Angeles's San Fernando Valley. But one man named Jimmy D. (Michael Madsen), the most powerful gangster in the Valley, has plans of his own and decides he's not going to play The Sheik's game … or so he'd have us think.
