When she and her best friend have the opportunity to audition for the famous director of the Nutcracker (Michael Swan, As The World Turns), she’s forced to choose between her mother’s dream of her becoming a prima ballerina (Sunny Doench, The Starter Wife) and her father’s ambitions of her becoming an Olympic athlete (Michael Cotter, Inherent Vice).
